Hitman
Apologies for the slightly geeky post, but I have to comment on the hilarity that is the game Hitman: Blood Money.
The game itself is great, and I’ve finally managed to complete it after a week or so. However, there is a small “tension meter” in the bottom corner that reflects how suspicious you are, which can be erratic at best. Here is a list of what was going on at the time and how suspicious the game thought I was being.
- Running along a street dressed as a bird during a Mardi Gras festival waving two pistols - quite suspicious
- Standing in a corner remotely detonating a bomb, completely hidden from view from everyone - very suspicious
- Running around in circles - not suspicious at all
- Saving the President from assassination - very suspicious
- Talking with another hitman openly about your jobs in the middle of a party, and then agreeing to have a duel - not suspicious at all
- Running away from the scene of the crime - not suspicious at all
- Walking around a heavily guarded area dressed as Father Christmas with a clearly visible bar code tattooed on the back of your neck - slightly suspicious
- Emerging from the lighting room of the theatre in front of two security guards dressed in a dark suit with black gloves, clutching a briefcase (actually a rifle case) after two people have just been shot inside the theatre - not suspicious at all
To add to this, if in the first mission you shoot the secretary in front of her boss, he still attempts to call her in even though she’s dead in front of him. It’s not so much sick humour as a complete breakdown of logic.
Good fun though…
